Dutch information services firm Wolters Kluwer has been recognised as one of the top global providers of ESG software. The accolade comes from the ‘Green Quadrant: ESG Reporting and Data Management Software 2023’ report, conducted by Verdantix, an independent research firm. The report serves as a comprehensive benchmark, comparing twenty prominent ESG platform vendors worldwide. It evaluates their performances using Verdantix’s proprietary Green Quadrant methodology, which involves an assessment, including a two-hour live demonstration and completion of a detailed 115-point questionnaire, covering 15 capability and 11 market momentum categories. Wolters Kluwer stood out among all vendors featured in the Green Quadrant report, earning the distinction of having the strongest market momentum. The company received high scores across various categories, including ESG and sustainability performance management, voluntary reporting, regulated and mandated frameworks, and financial resources. Karen Abramson, CEO of Wolters Kluwer’s Corporate Performance & ESG (CP & ESG) division, said: “This result indicates that we are uniquely positioned to empower change and deliver transformative data solutions which drive up standards of corporate responsibility. Our solutions improve workplace safety, enable global sustainability, fuel commerce, and ease regulatory compliance.” Wolters Kluwer’s CP & ESG division, which was established in March 2023, combines four cloud-based software businesses – CCH Tagetik, OneSumX, TeamMate, and Enablon. These solutions aim to improve corporate responsibility standards, workplace safety, global sustainability, and regulatory compliance across multiple industry sectors.
