Software provider Wolters Kluwer Corporate Performance & ESG (CP & ESG) aims to support internal auditors in their ESG reporting efforts by introducing tailored ESG standards to its cloud-based TeamMate+ ESG solution. The move to integrate ESG reporting standards and frameworks, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), EU Taxonomy, and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), into the TeamMate+ environment aims to enable auditors to efficiently conduct ESG audits and offer assurance for corporate ESG reporting. Frans Klaassen, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Wolters Kluwer TeamMate, said: “As businesses invest increasing time and resources on ESG considerations, we can now provide ESG standards in an audit-ready format to drive ESG assurance activities. This is where TeamMate+ ESG significantly enhances capabilities.” Jim Pelletier, Senior Product Manager at Wolters Kluwer TeamMate, highlighted the impact of evolving strategic business planning, investor pressure, and rapidly developing regulatory requirements, which has prompted organisations worldwide to adopt ESG reporting based on various frameworks and standards. By structuring these complex requirements into an audit-friendly format within TeamMate+, Pelletier explained that they are “jumpstarting the capacity of internal audit teams to execute their ESG assessment and assurance activities”.
We're thrilled to announce the launch of TeamMate+ ESG, a powerful solution that provides widely-used #ESG standards like GRI, SASB, TCFD, and the EU Taxonomy in a convenient, ready-to-use format. Visit our website to learn more about TeamMate+ ESG ➡️ https://t.co/JCbIp6JjZW
