Regnan Strengthens Impact Team

Responsible investment firm Regnan has hired Laura Sheehan as a Senior Analyst, supporting the firm’s global equity impact solutions strategy. Sheehan will work within Regnan’s global equity impact solutions team, where she will be will be responsible for individual stock analysis, company engagement, and sustainability and impact research. She brings more than a decade of credit and equity markets experience, including in the areas of company analysis and engagement. She joins from Newton Investment Management, where she spent almost seven years as a global cyclicals analyst, working across the firm’s full range of funds and collaborating on sustainable strategies. Her role involved in-depth research, financial modelling, ESG analysis, and direct engagement with company management. Sheehan previously also worked at Royal Bank of Scotland in leveraged and acquisition finance, assessing leveraged buyouts, M&A, recapitalisation, and refinancing deals across a range of sectors. “We are thrilled to have someone of Laura’s calibre join the team,” said Tim Crockford, Head of Impact Investing at Regnan and Lead Portfolio Manager of the global equity impact solutions strategy. “She brings deep experience in company analysis and engagement, and with a background in cyclical companies and leveraged finance – will bring additional perspective to the team.”
