Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM), the asset management arm of Swiss banking group Lombard Odier, has partnered with environmental consultancy firm Systemiq to create holistiQ Investment Partners. holistiQ will operate as a sustainable investing-dedicated platform within LOIM. The platform will deploy capital to pursue investment opportunities focusing on key economic systems including energy, land and oceans, and materials. holistiQ aims to offer a suite of public and private market investment strategies with a “dedicated pillar on nature-based solutions”. holistiQ will be led jointly by Taraneh Azad, Managing Partner of Systemiq and Jean-Pascal Porcherot, Lombard Odier Managing Partner, who will oversee a team of more than 100 people. Jeremy Oppenheim, Senior Partner at Systemiq, said: “To build a net positive global economy US$5-6 trillion of investment capital needs to be deployed across the world every year, most of this will be private capital. Combining the best research capabilities from across the two houses, we will develop distinctive investment strategies with clear convictions based on both scientific and economic insights.”
#LombardOdier is proud to announce the launch of #holistiQ Investment Partners, a dedicated #sustainable asset management business within @LOIMnews created in partnership with @Systemiq, the leading system change company.
