Alternative asset manager Gresham House has made three appointments to its sustainable infrastructure team, with Chris Coulton, Jane O’Connor and Vanessa Owen joining the firm. The new hires arrive ahead of final close of Gresham House’s British Sustainable Infrastructure Fund II (BSIF II) later this year. BSIF invests in sustainable infrastructure projects that offer “innovative solutions” to key environmental and societal challenges, with a focus on mid-market investments. Coulton takes up the role of Director and Deputy Head of Portfolio within Sustainable Infrastructure, previously having worked at LDC Private Equity and Deloitte. O’Connor joins Gresham House as an Investment Analyst, bringing experience from her previous role at Temporis Capital, where she focused on solar, wind and battery storage assets investment. Owen will be a Portfolio Analyst at the firm, having previously worked at Secretariat and FTI Consulting. Peter Bachmann, Managing Director of Sustainable Infrastructure at Gresham House, said: “We are excited to welcome Chris, Jane, and Vanessa to the team at a time of significant growth in our strategy, ahead of the close of BSIF II later this year. With these appointments, we continue to achieve our goal of having a fully gender and background balanced sustainable infrastructure team and demonstrate our commitment to inclusive employment policies.”
