Sian Long has joined responsible investment management firm Federated Hermes as the new Investment Director for its impact and sustainable equity strategies. With 15 years of industry experience, Long joins from AXA Investment Managers where she was a Senior Equity Investment Specialist, and was previously Associate Investment Director at UK-based asset management firm Schroders covering global equity sustainable growth and global equity climate change strategies. In her new role, she will be a client facing-representative for the firm’s Sustainable Global Equity, Impact Opportunities, UN Sustainable Development Goal Engagement and Biodiversity strategies. Other responsibilities include interfacing with external client stakeholders and boosting the investment team’s capacity to closely maintain the management of portfolios.
