She has over nine years of professional experience in international organisations, working closely with central banks and financial regulators to produce in-depth analysis in core policy issues, including in the evaluation of the implementation and impact of financial reforms and recommendations. Avila joined WTW from the Financial Stability Board, where she coordinated work to assess and better understand climate-related financial risks and potential financial stability impacts. She also advised on the development of recommendations to assist financial authorities in developing their supervisory and regulatory approaches to climate-related risks.
