Preety Bhandari, World Resources Institute

Preety Bhandari is a Senior Advisor in the Global Climate Program and the Finance Center at the World Resources Institute. Prior to joining, she was the Chief for Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management at the Asian Development Bank, responsible for aligning its operations with the goals of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. In her role as the Coordinator of Finance, Technology and Capacity Building at the secretariat of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change she led the support to the international negotiations on the US$100 billion climate finance goal and the establishment of the Green Climate Fund and the Standing Committee on Finance.
