Mark Fulton is the Founder and former Project Director at the Inevitable Policy Response, a climate transition forecasting consortium commissioned by the UN Principles for Responsible Investment to help prepare institutional investors for the portfolio risks and opportunities associated with an acceleration of policy responses to climate change. He is also Founding Partner of Energy Transition Advisors, Chair of the Research Council at Carbon Tracker and Special Advisor to the Climate Bond Initiative and to 2° Investing Initiative. Fulton had 35 years’ experience in financial markets spanning three continents in London, New York and Sydney. As a recognised economist and market strategist at leading financial institutions including Citigroup, Salomon Bros and County NatWest, he has researched international economies, currencies, fixed income and equity markets. He has also held corporate strategy, finance and management roles including Head of Equity Research at Citigroup Australia and US, and has a BA in Philosophy & Economics from Oxford University.
