Jeroen Huisman, Blended Finance Taskforce

Jeroen Huisman is the Programme Director of the Blended Finance Taskforce, a global coalition housed by Systemiq and launched in 2017 to tackle barriers which prevent capital from flowing to a net zero, nature-positive and inclusive economy. The taskforce helps optimise, design and scale climate deals and blended vehicles in emerging markets and works with pioneers to develop innovative investment partnerships and products. Huisman is the lead author of recent papers on more and better use of guarantees and financing power transmission infrastructure. Prior to joining Systemiq, he worked on policy effectiveness for the Ministry of Finance in the Netherlands.
