Lawrence builds innovative solutions with Smart Pension’s investment manager partners, harnessing Smart’s technology capabilities and transitioning its investments to net zero by 2040. He previously worked at Mercer, where he led the investment strategy for Mercer Workplace Savings, the company’s UK Direct Contribution fiduciary business.
