Diane Eshleman, Delta Capita

Diane Eshleman brings extensive experience in business transformation, operational and process redesign, sourcing/procurement and ESG. Building on over 30 years of global experience at leading Wall Street firms, she brings a strong ability to tackle even the most complex of business challenges. As the current FI environment is characterised by ever-increasing cost pressures and risk, she brings an acute understanding of how to achieve increased value through process redesign and technology-driven solutions –while concurrently mitigating risk. At Delta Capita, Eshleman serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer with a focus on driving the global ESG agenda for the benefit of our clients, colleagues and the community. Eshleman is a cum laude graduate of Princeton University and holds an MBA from New York University.
