Arthur Carabia, Morningstar Sustainalytics

With over 14 years’ experience in the sector, Arthur Carabia is the Director of ESG Policy Research for Morningstar Sustainalytics. He is in charge of identifying, analysing and engaging on proposed laws, rules, regulations and prescribed practices applicable to Morningstar Sustainalytics and its clients. Previously, he worked for the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) as Director of Market Practice and Regulatory Policy. Carabia has also worked for Walgreens Boots Alliance, Aviva, the French Asset Management Association (AFG), and the European Parliament; he holds a master’s degree in European Affairs (Sciences Po Lyon) and an advanced master’s degree in financial markets (Solvay Brussels School).
