Ali Amin, Transition Pathway Initiative

Ali Amin is an analyst working at the Transition Pathway Initiative (TPI), providing investors with research and data to track corporates’ low-carbon transition. Amin focuses on TPI’s Carbon Performance tool, developing sector-specific benchmarks to assess companies’ emissions reduction targets against Paris Agreement goals. Previously, he worked at the UK National Audit Office, working on value for money reports for environmental projects and co-led the Modelling discipline, offering analytical support to office-wide teams. He holds a First-Class Honours BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick and graduated with Distinction in MSc Sustainable Energy Futures from Imperial College London.
